Most estate sales range from 2-3 days. Larger sales may span multiple weekends.
We can usually prepare a home for an estate sale in 3-10 days.
Our sale dates fill quickly and may book out months in advance. Please contact us soon if you're operating on a tight schedule.

Our commission depends on the estate. We base our commission on the workload and payroll hours required for us to get your estate ready for a successful and organized sale. Out of our commission, we pay marketing fees, payroll for setup (pricing, staging, research), sale staffing, insurance, and all fees associated with credit card processing.

Most commonly, we operate our sales on-site for the items to be liquidated. We also offer select buyouts and online sales.

V.E.C. will provide all resources needed to staff, organize, display, research, price, and sell the contents of the home in an organized, secure, and customer service-oriented manner.
Provide all tables, clothing racks, and supplies used for the sale.
Our merchandise sale prices are based on local used item pricing, years of experience, and internet comparisons.
Collectible and antique pieces are researched thoroughly.
Collections that feature fine art, fine jewelry, coins, or unusual collectibles are marketed to qualified buyers as well as the general public.

V.E.C. will remove all tables, clothing racks, and supplies used for sale.
Clients receive a check and a reconciliation report which details daily totals, sales tax breakdown, and client/V.E.C proceed amounts.
At your discretion, V.E.C. will assist with site cleanout to whatever degree is appropriate to your situation. We charge $30 per man-hour plus hard disposal costs for item removal, recycling, and site cleaning services.
