Upcoming Sales

• We offer entry on a first-come, first-served basis.  
• If there is a line, please honor it. Placeholders may be used in cases of inclement weather. 
• Most of our sales operate 8:00 am 3:00 pm. Come right in!
• Parking may be tricky in some neighborhoods. Please be aware of parking restrictions and treat neighbors with courtesy.
• Many item prices can be found on our bulk pricing signs located around the house, in the area where a specific item is located. Clothing? We have a price sheet for that, and it's near the closet.
• Other items have individual price tags. Our tags reflect the full 1st day price. Discounts are taken at the register. 
• ASK QUESTIONS! If you're not sure, just ask us. 

• Yes! Explore the entire house, yard, garage, and outbuildings.
•  Immediately upon entering, you will see our checkout table and cashier. 
• When you find items that you'd like to purchase, but you're still shopping, place your items on our "HOLD" table or shelf (Located near our cashiers). Do not shop from the Hold Area. That's just rude.
• If you want to purchase a large item that can't be moved to the Hold Area, ask a V.E.C. staff member for a "Sold" sign and let us know what item you're marking. This helps us to ensure that someone else doesn't try to buy it.
• If an area is off limits, we post signs saying so. Please honor those signs.
• Most homeowners do not want their restrooms to be used by the public, so please keep in mind that they will not be available.

• Our company works for our clients and for our customers, too. As the estate liquidator, we are trying to do the best for the people who hired us, and also to price things affordably because we want the items to sell at a reasonable rate.
• V.E.C. researches all vintage, antique, and higher-end items in the home, and we are knowledgeable of their value. They are priced accordingly. 
• As a matter of policy, Vintage Estate Co. offers the following customer discounts for a 3-day sale:

                            2nd Day 25% Off

                            3rd day 50% Off

• Sales that are shorter or longer than 3 days will have differing discounts.
• Our sale hours and daily discounts are listed on a sign at the checkout area.
• Always leave a bid or offer on higher-priced items. Often, we will accept the highest offer even if it is below our asking price.
• Some of our clients are open to us accepting bulk purchase deals and offering deep discounts on the last sale day. Some of our clients want to keep their estate sale leftovers. Ask us! We'll do the best we can for all parties involved.

• We accept cash and credit cards.
• We do charge sales tax.
• If you are a reseller, please have your tax-exempt number available and tell us before your purchase is completed.
• We try to have boxes and packing materials available, but please bring your own if you're an enthusiastic shopper!
• Please bring your own help for loading large items.
• Delivery may be arranged for additional fees.

• Please be reasonable and polite. Attendees are expected to treat others respectfully while in line and inside the sales site.
• Attendees who do not conduct themselves appropriately may be banned from future sales.
• Activity on sale sites before the sale may be considered trespassing. Don't walk around the property or look into windows. That's weird.
• Vintage Estate Co. and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents on estate sale premises.
• We ban and prosecute shoplifters and tag swappers.
• Valuables are removed from the site during off-hours.
