Most estate sales range 2-3 days. Larger sales may span multiple weekends.
We can usually prepare a home for an estate sale in 5-10 days' time.
Our sale dates fill quickly and book out months in advance. Please contact us soon if you're operating on a tight schedule.

Our commission ranges 40%-60% depending on the estate. We base our commission on the workload and payroll hours required for us to get your estate ready for a successful and organized sale.

We operate our sales on-site of the items to be liquidated. We do not offer buyouts or off-site sales.
Please check with your H.O.A to ensure that an estate sale is not in violation of neighborhood policy.

V.E.C. will provide all resources needed to staff, organize, display, research, price and sell the contents of the home in an organized, secure and customer service-oriented manner.
Provide all tables, clothing racks, and supplies used for sale upon completion.
Our merchandise sale prices are based on local used item pricing, years of experience and internet comparisons. We consult with select experts for specialized collections such as fine art, coins, or unusual collectibles.

V.E.C will remove all tables, clothing racks, and supplies used for sale.
Clients receive a detailed reconciliation of daily totals, sales tax breakdown and client/V.E.C proceed amounts.
For an additional fee of 30$ per man-hour, we will complete a full clearing of the estate, leaving it in broom-clean condition. Estate sale leftovers will be donated or disposed of.
